After we left Ed and Tennille's house early, we decided to visit the This is The Place park. We love it! Bear was excited that they had so many trains.
EJ was most excited to pan for gold (something we missed out on last year because we ran out of time). However, it was a total letdown after panning for fossils and gems at Snowbird :)
Bear found ANOTHER train to ride.
The girls added to their growing Native American tribe knowledge by learning about the Navajo in this Hogan.
Bear LOVED the stick horse races. I love how the little volunteer pioneer girl is sticking with him while Birdy is going for the WIN.
The girls were excited to find this reproduction of a schoolhouse from Heber. It is cool to see a place that looked like where their Great-Great Grandparents went to school!
We topped off our visit with some pony rides. Bear was extra brave and really loved his ride!
