Lately the girls have been saying the funniest things. Here are a few examples:
Birdy:
"Daddy, move aside for me..."
Lately, everything is Birdy's "best friend". This can be people - "Grandpa is my best friend..." or objects "My curtains are my best friend". So cute- especially with her lisp! The ultimate insult? "You are NOT my best friend!"
EJ (on a walk outside):
"Daddy, I'm sweltering!"
At FHE, EJ was saying the prayer. As she was walking back to her seat on the couch, she put her two fingers in front of her eyes and pointed to Birdy in the "I'm watching you sign" (a la Fairy Mary in Tinkerbell)
