Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas blog readers!

Take some time to read this Smithsonian article. It is about a man during the depression who took out an ad in the newspaper offering to help give people money for Christmas. The man used a made-up name and got a lot of letters from people asking for help- everyone from a former company president to a young girl. He sent $5 to 15o families.

Read the article- it is worth it and it will make you smile this Christmas!

I actually read that article about a month ago. It's really good. I love that he did that, and remained anonymous. It's like that guy that dresses up as Santa in...St. Paul, I think? Or somewhere like it and hands out $100 bills to people shopping at thrift stores and food banks etc.
